Flips are attached to housing ports. They allows to move quickly a macro lens out of the field of view of the camera. This setup offers at the same time a way to secure the macro lens attachment (no effort required to screw/unscrew the lenses underwater) and some versatility in the shooting style. E-OCEAN offers some models made for specific ports or housings and some generic model for ports with built-in 67 or 77mm threads.

Our flips are built with sturdy materials and have for some of them a supplementary lid for a second and optional flip. These flips are built without cemented parts insuring higher resistance over time without any risk of release of harmful chemical compounds into the environment. The design is optimized to maximize the resistance of the parts and the security of the lens. A locking system allows to block the flip in a static position when not in use and an elastic strap allows to maintain the flip against the port whatever diver's position.

E-OCEAN offers also the possibility to develop flips for housing/brands that are currently not in the catalog (See "Co-design" section for more details).
