Changement de politique de livraison pour les colis à destination des Etats-Unis (15/01/26)

Due to changes in custom policy in the U.S.A., shipping to this country has been complicated at best since the end of summer 2025. While shipping practices have not changed for every other countries, dealing with orders to be shipped to the United States requires EOCEAN to create 2 specific rules: 

- It is no longer possible for us to offer 'international flat rate - small items' for US customers. This option was only 7.5 euros and very affordable for small items. The French post no longer accept commercial shipping to the US. Therefore the alternate option is to use the standard package starting at 28 euros. Please do not ask to ship orders with goods declared as gifts. EOCEAN.EU has been committed since its begining to refuse these requests and will continue. 

- For now, all other methods still work so this does not impact regular packages. By default, as in the past, customer will be responsable for paying custom duties (Delivery at Point) should they be charged. It is possible to arrange delivery with custom duty paid (Delivery Duty Paid). In that case, please contact EOCEAN before ordering so shipping price will be billed accordingly.
