Common orders (excluding custom work) are, for most of them, processed and shipped in 3 to 5 working days after payment has been cleared. Two extra days are required for order with custom work. Custom-designed products may require up to 3 weeks to be complete. As a general advice, should you require some parts for a given deadline, it is advisable to contact EOCEAN prior placing your order. These informations are not contractual. Most products are built upon order. If the production schedule can not be followed, we will contact you.
Most products are shipped with tracking numbers. In order to protect the environment, most of the cardboxes we use to ship your item are reused cardboxes from our suppliers. However, we ensure that the size of each box is appropriate and your ordier is sufficiently protected.
